Putting Together the Turnaround Puzzle
If you’re like me, putting together jigsaw puzzles was a crucial part of summer break when I was young. As a kid, those 1,000 or 5,000 piece puzzles seemed impossible at first. But my parents would start with the edge pieces, then divide up pieces based on their color, and before long the picture started to come into view. When it comes to turnarounds, there is so much that goes into the planning and executing regardless if it’s a routine or complex turnaround.

In the preparation phase with pre-planning, scheduling, estimating and readiness assessments, to the execution phase with safety, logistics and field execution, it’s a cast of hundreds or thousands that all come together to produce a successful turnaround. On time and on budget is what everyone shoots for. But how do you get there? It takes proven processes and the experience of consistently doing it right. Just like your parents helping you with that 5,000 piece puzzle, Onpoint brings industry leading services in each phase of your turnaround to help you see the whole picture.
