Overview of Service

The Qualitative Scope Risk Assessment helps to assure the right scope is in and the wrong scope is out. Using a risk-based selection matrix, this is a vigorous challenge process conducted with the turnaround team and major stakeholders who are responsible for either reviewing, editing, or approving work scope items. It is foundational to the risk identification/mitigation process. Teams can reduce unnecessary turnaround complexity and provide a rudiment for planners’ three-point values of best case, worse case and most likely case durations of detailed plans. This is done with the site’s established scope selection matrix or a tool can be provided for you.
