With Safety a Top Priority, Onpoint Carries More Than 6 Million Safe Man Hours

Our priority is getting Onpoint personnel safely home to their families at the end of every shift. This aspect of our company is so important to us that we created a behavior-based safety program, CheckPoint, to ensure our high safety standards are met daily. The purpose of CheckPoint is to actively engage all employees, carrying diverse professional experiences and perspectives, in identifying, monitoring and correcting unsafe behaviors.

This program paired with our CheckPoint mobile application and safety professionals helps Onpoint employees identify potential workplace hazards and unsafe actions to eliminate injuries, illnesses and damage to the environment in the field and the office. Additionally, CheckPoint determines and reinforces safe workplace conditions.

“With the integration of CheckPoint into our workforce’s daily operations, we’re able to keep our employees safe, healthy and engaged in managing an incident-free work environment,” said CEO, Liz Clark. The entire team at Onpoint takes pride in keeping our workforce safe and attributes the success of reaching more than 6 million safe man hours to our highly trained safety professionals. From weekly safety meetings and training to CheckPoint, our team is thoroughly dedicated to safety day in and day out. For more information on our commitment to safety, click here.
