OnPoint Industrial Services Continues Investment in Occupational Health Services with Acquisition of Valley Case Management
DEER PARK, TEXAS (Septeber 21, 2026) – OnPoint Industrial Services, a portfolio company of MML Capital Partners, is pleased to announce its strategic acquisition of Valley Case Management (VCM). Effective August 10, 2026, this acquisition expands OnPoint’s occupational health capabilities and further strengthens its ability to provide critical health and safety services to a growing base of industrial customers. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2005, Valley Case Management has established itself as a trusted occupational health partner to various industrial markets, providing on-site occupational health services embedded directly within client worksites. Over the past 21 years, VCM has developed a strong customer base across datacenter and hyperscaler construction and manufacturing industries, providing services designed to support workforce health, safety, and productivity.
The acquisition has also expanded OnPoint’s leadership team, welcoming Amanda Kyger, Kristy Romano, and Keilahnye O’Bryant, along with Dr. Michelle Seekford.
